"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."
— Marianne Williamson
Therapy, to me, is less about having answers and more about learning how to stay with the questions. I don’t follow a strict method or protocol. What I offer is shaped by curiosity, care, and the connection we build. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic tools but more importantly, I show up with you, in real time, and we figure out what’s needed together.
Some days that might look like tracking patterns or breaking down a thought. Other days it’s about feeling into what your body already knows but hasn’t had space to say. Sometimes it’s laughter, or silence, or a question that lingers. The process isn’t linear and it isn’t always comfortable, but there’s a kind of transformation that becomes possible when we let the unknown breathe.
This work often includes both confusion and clarity, logic and emotion, play and depth. I love sitting with the tension between seemingly opposing truths- what if both are real? What if there’s no tidy resolution, but a widening of what can be held? I don’t need you to arrive at a specific outcome. Instead, I hope to help you grow in your capacity to hold yourself, relate to others, and find more freedom, on your own terms.
I often work with people who have already begun to step outside of rigid systems. Folks who are queer, neurodivergent, chronically ill, in creative fields, or otherwise living in ways that don’t always fit the mold. There’s a certain clarity in being outside the norm, but it can also bring isolation, grief, or the weight of trying to explain yourself all the time. I love working with people who are craving a little more room, to feel more alive, more themselves, and less like they have to perform for anyone.
Outside of therapy I’m often out in nature- hiking, swimming, paddleboarding, camping or relaxing in a hammock with a good book. I spend a lot of time with my dog Maggie and playing games with friends or family. I grew up on cop dramas and murder mysteries which I still love, but nowadays I spend more time watching improv and sketch comedy (absolutely love the streaming platform Dropout). Music has always been a big part of my life from metal to folk to jazz, I grew up dancing and I was a theater kid for a bit in high school. I spent a lot of time reading and playing make believe as a kid, I still love manga, comics and stories that bend reality just a little. The best days now are the ones spent noticing small things, laughing with people I love, and being surprised by the world. Plus maybe a game or two of Mario Kart online.
