"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."

— Marianne Williamson

Do you feel like you’re constantly managing yourself or adjusting to fit into your surroundings? As if you have to work hard just to feel safe, connected, or understood? Many of us carry the weight of deep-rooted beliefs that something is inherently “off” within us, especially when it feels like others don’t struggle in the same way. Whether it’s anxiety, hypervigilance, cycles of burnout, or feeling like you’re carrying invisible wounds, these experiences can leave you feeling isolated and overwhelmed. You may be dealing with the impact of trauma, intergenerational patterns, or neurodivergence that hasn’t been fully understood or supported.

I’m Amanda—a non-binary, queer CODA (Child of a Deaf Adult). My approach to therapy centers around honoring your experiences, validating the ways you’ve learned to navigate the world, and creating a supportive space for deeper connection with yourself. I believe therapy isn’t about fixing what's “wrong” but about uncovering, understanding, and embracing all parts of yourself. Together, we’ll explore the roots of your struggles and work to release what no longer serves you, so you can step into a life that feels authentic and sustainable.

Our Work Together

In our sessions, I aim to foster a space where you feel safe to explore, reconnect, and move toward healing at a pace that’s right for you. Our work might include:

Building Foundations – Establishing a grounded sense of self and awareness, identifying your needs, and strengthening self-compassion.

Connecting Emotions and Body – Developing skills to tune into the wisdom of your body, allowing you to experience emotions fully and safely.

Integrating Mind, Body, and Spirit – Moving toward a holistic understanding of yourself, attuning to your whole self in a way that supports resilience and flow.

You’ll gain tools and insights to support your journey while building trust in your body, mind, and spirit. I believe that therapy isn’t about erasing what has happened to you; it’s about integrating all parts of your story, finding meaning, and stepping into your next chapter with clarity and strength.
